We’re an innovative, ethically driven, excellence focussed, ambitious tech services provider, supporting the comprehensive IT needs of a diverse UK client base including startups, SMBs, home workers and not-for-profits.
We believe the correct application of the right tech helps our clients succeed, so we leverage our expertise to deliver IT assurance to clients by improving efficiency, managing security, creating value and driving innovation that fuels their USP. We deliver this through “Origami IT” – our unique approach that allows us to craft simple, secure and sustainable tech solutions that align to client goals using commodity services underpinned by our exceptional client support. We aim to transform our clients’ IT from a cost into an asset that delivers genuine business advantage.
Grace Solutions started in 2008 and now employs 15 staff, supporting over 200 active clients and more than 1,000 users across the UK, but primarily East Anglia and into London. Our main office is in Cambridge, but many staff work remotely from across the UK and occasionally abroad!
Our vision is:
“a world where everyone loves their IT and our whole team love coming to work… in short, ecstatic clients, ecstatic team”
This is delivered through our four core values:

We’re not perfect, but are ambitious, driven to improve, caring and keen to have fun.
Our Cambridge head office is typically staffed daily for client access, but we generally operate a hybrid/remote working model with monthly/quarterly team huddles in Cambridge for tech briefings, business news, team building and socials.
