Our standard “office” hours are Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm. Of course, we do provide support outside of these. Initially we charged no differently for this, but it rapidly became unsustainable and in retrospect devalued weekends and evenings for our staff! So we now apply the following charges/premiums to all our hourly rates (inc travel):
