Meet the team

Founder and general loose cannon. Married with two adult children and a daft dog. Enjoys shiny new tech, and a decent glass of red wine. Loves being back on a motorcycle, just needs more spare time to enjoy it!

Engineer who loves to learn and can remember when you didn’t need heating if you had “enough” computers. Looks like a Grizzly bear, but is a total softie! Happiest when elbow deep in a knotty problem that everyone else has given up on.

Started working in IT at the tender age of 18, joining Grace in 2017. He’s still here and now part of our Management Team as well as heading our Service Delivery. Loves a deep-dive on the tech stuff that goes over most heads and when not wrestling with IT, wrestles his crazy Siberian Husky, or bashes it all out with some serious head-banging tunes.

A business admin who has found an outlet for her inner geek. Tries to keep up with the engineers but it’s usually like herding cats. Loves the order created by spreadsheets; playing with new tech and COFFEE!

3rd line engineer with a “get s**t done” attitude. Enjoys finding ways to repurpose old tech (much to the other half’s disapproval). Feels most at home in the great outdoors and on the water or in the studio making music.

First line technician with a passion for IT and music. Has a degree in Music Technology and now partway through a degree in Cyber Security. Loves solving problems (especially with code), listening to and playing music and learning everything he can about IT!

Third-line engineer with a sharp eye for detail. Enjoys owning client-facing projects from start to finish and takes pride in getting things right first time. Outside of work…. usually found at the pub…!

A second-line IT technician who loves troubleshooting and solving challenging IT issues. Always learning new technologies, with a strong interest in operating systems and programming at a deeper level. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him playing bullet chess or climbing the ranked ladder in League of Legends.

A DevOps Engineer with a love for all things, IT, music or food! With a background in music improvisation, he loves to find creative and exciting solutions to any problems. His favourite places are; behind a stove, behind a drumkit, or behind a screen.

Business admin who lives on coffee and chocolate, loves her family, travelling, Netflix and long walks.

A people-person with a wide range of experience; from making silver jewellery, to growing her passion project ‘Midlife360 CIC.’ An enthusiastic (although not very accurate) singer in The Collaboration Choir who also loves to run with her dog, Barney. 

A child in a middle-aged body who loves to play with words and pictures. Consequently, has found her ideal home in Comms and Marketing. Thrives on exploring the world and its people and discovering ‘new stuff’. Particularly delights in the bizarre and obscure, which means she fits in jolly well at Grace!

Started as a personal trainer but soon learnt to flex his IT muscles and now works out IT issues as well as in the gym. A keen football fan who enjoys walking and spending time with the wife and kids.

Recently married and looking forward to learning how life is as a DINK for a season. An enjoyer of food, sleep, traveling and a the basic good things in life. Currently lives in a household where a good day MUST have rice for every meal, so please send your rice recipes!

Involved in some of the business admin and general ‘things that need doing’, Helen is also a Company Director, married to Nick. They have two grown-up children and a beloved doggie. Plays tennis, pickleball and badminton – and loves spending time with kids in her part-time teaching role and helping with Holiday Clubs.
