We are delighted to start the year by introducing a new member of our team!
Chris Warren started on Monday 11th December as an IT Support Apprentice. He is making a career changeAny planned move, addition, deletion, reconfiguration up to 2hrs each. This is new functionality – like a new account / new software / new hardware – and is planned in advance. If it’s planned to take more than 2 hours then it is a Project Included in plans: Standard or above More so starting on the first rung but we will be supporting him all the way!
Chris will initially be shadowing service desk calls as part of his formal apprenticeship, so you will have contact with him at some stage in the future.
